I undertook a project to photograph paintings for an antique online shop, aiming to showcase their distinctive allure and historical significance. Each photograph was meticulously composed to capture the intricate details and colors of the artworks, ensuring they were presented authentically online. By employing professional lighting techniques and a keen eye for composition, I enhanced the appeal of each painting, enticing potential buyers with high-quality visuals. The project not only highlighted my proficiency in art photography but also contributed to the shop’s efforts in promoting their curated collection effectively. It was a rewarding experience to blend my passion for photography with the preservation of art history.
For the photography of Punosevac’s paintings, I chose different lighting and angles, in order to emphasize the expressiveness of the lines that the painter ‘left’ on the canvas.
Each part separately, the edges of the lips, nose, eyebrows, eyes, etc. – in a way carry ‘the story’ of the whole face.

Paunovic’s paintings create forms and emotion through movements created by the ‘influence’ of colors.
The painting ‘Night Landscape’ is abstract, but shapes from nature can be seen… which is why I photographed the parts only with seemingly spontaneous brush strokes, as well as those where the artist placed silhouettes of trees.
